WHAT IS F.L.Y.?

Future Leading Youth is an organization whose goal is to encourage and enrich youth in leading their future by focusing on what is relevant to their individual and group needs for their community and society. To provide a daily youth safe haven in the community of Hamilton Hill.

Our objective is to foster character development, personal responsibilities, healthy mental attitudes, integrity and self esteem. We aim to institute reading enhancement projects, conflict resolution projects, and communication skills training that will prepare our youth in an advanced technical world.

We want our youth to have viable strong coping skills and peer pressure defensive planning/training that will create good citizenship and healthy relationships at home and within their community and society. At Future Leading Youth we will provide educational resources and encourage youth to pursue higher educational aspirations. 

Examples of planned activities include;

• Teen nights
• Movie nights
• Games
• Youth Dance Studio
• Senior Citizen Night
• Feed-the-Kids program
• Youth Bus Trips

As you can see there is much work to be completed. Please help make the youth community center a reality for the Hamilton Hill community.
